About Julia

Originally born and raised in Alberta, moving to the West Coast was a dream come true. After traveling around the world, I feel incredibly lucky to call Vancouver Island home and I love helping others discover what makes this place so special.

For me, real estate is more than just a profession; it’s a calling that perfectly aligns with my love of connecting with people. As an experienced licensed REALTOR® in Victoria, BC, I hold the Accredited Real Estate Negotiator (AREN) designation and specialize in first time buyers, single family homes, character homes, new construction, investment properties, condos and luxury properties throughout Greater Victoria.

I approach every client with genuine dedication, putting their goals and best interests first. I believe in honest advice, clear communication, personalized service and strong negotiation while making sure my clients feel supported and confident throughout the entire process. To me, it’s more than a transaction; it’s a partnership built on trust.

I’m incredibly proud that much of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals. Their trust and support have earned me multiple RE/MAX and MLS® awards and industry recognitions. I’ve been ranked among the top 30% of REALTORS® on the Victoria Real Estate Board in 2022, 2023 and 2025 and the top 20% in 2024. I was also honoured to be recognized by RankMyAgent as a Top Real Estate Professional in Victoria for 2025, receiving their Best of Victoria Award.

Giving back is also an important part of who I am. I’m an avid animal advocate and proudly support local animal rescue efforts, dedicating a portion of my sales to help make a difference. I also contribute a percentage of each sale to the Children’s Miracle Network, with 100% of those proceeds benefiting the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll usually find me hiking, exploring a new beach, enjoying the outdoors or simply taking in everything this incredible island has to offer.
