Julia checks all the boxes that I'm looking for in a realtor: great communication at all stages, provides prompt, honest and detailed information, not pushy at viewings or at decision time, available at the time when it is necessary for the client, level-headed when client gets carried away, can refer to all the required professionals when you don't have your own contacts.
